Q: What is the difference between Standard and Premium pizza delivery bags?
A: Our Standard model pizza delivery bags are imported from our overseas manufacturer. The bags are made of 600 denier polyester exterior material with a nylon lining. Our Premium pizza delivery bags are produced at our plant in the USA with a focus on exceptional U.S. made quality. Exterior material is 900 denier nylon with a nylon lining.
Q: How long will the bags hold the heat?
A: Once hot food has been inserted and the bag is closed there is an average 5 degree heat lost per hour. Frozen foods can stay frozen for up to three days. It depends on the beginning temperature and how full you fill the bag.
Q: Can I place my logo on the delivery bags?

Q: If I do not want my logo on the bag, can I have my restaurant name or phone number embroidered on the bag?
A: We can place your restaurant name, phone number or web address on the bag for an additional $5.00 per line in the thread color of your choice using one of our available fonts.
Q: How can I extend the life of the bag?
A: Instead of throwing out a bag that is starting to look dirty simple place it in the washing machine. Our washable bags will take on a fresh, brand new look.
Q: How do you wash the bags?
A: Machine wash in cold water using a liquid detergent and delicate cycle. Machine dry using a low temperature setting. Make sure the Velcro opening on the bag is completely closed.
Q: Is there a solution to the problem of drivers losing bags?
A: We have placed a handle on the bottom of the bag so that the drivers never have to put the bag down when handing a pizza product to the customer or even when giving change. For added prevention of loss you can have the bags embroidered with your restaurant name and phone number written right on the bag.
Q: How do I go about receiving a custom quote?
A: In order to quote on a custom bag we will need the dimensions and required specs (including quantity) of the bag that you would like quoted. Once received, you will be contacted with a no obligation quote. We will need the inside dimensions... width, depth and height.
Q: How long does it take to receive a finished custom product?
A: When we receive a custom order we will produce a prototype for approval. Once the customer approves the sample it will take approximately two to three weeks to receive the finished product. Completion time depends on the quantity of product needed.
Q: Can the non toxic gel packs be frozen?
A: Yes. To freeze place the element flat in the freezer overnight. Frozen gel packs must be thoroughly defrosted before placing in the microwave. Warning: Flexible ice pack from freezer is colder than 32 degrees and will cause frostbite if applied to bare skin too long.
Q: How do I heat the 8 X 12 gel packs?
A: The 8 X 12 gel packs can be heated about the same as you would heat a cup of coffee. Depending on your microwave, the smaller microwaves take up to 3 minutes and 45 seconds. The 1000 watt microwave would take about 2.5 minutes. You can also boil them in water. Insert the packs in water and heat to just before boiling. When the water starts to simmer, turn off the heat and leave the gel packs in the water for 1.5 minutes. If they do not feel hot enough, you can put them back into the hot water for another 30 to 60 seconds.
Q: Do I need a frame with the Catering/Meals on Wheels delivery bags?
A: You do not need a frame as the bag will stand up on its own. Some customers prefer to use the frame as it will support the interior of the bag with sturdy sides and base.
Q: Why do I need a liner?
A: The liner is a heavy duty vinyl material that can be inserted in the bag which enables you to clean up spills without having to wash the entire bag. You must purchase a frame in order to use the vinyl liner as the liner attaches to the frame with Velcro.
Q: What is the purpose of a thermal pad?
A: The thermal pad is an insulated pad that is to be placed on top of the food product in order to provide additional heat retention. It can also be used to separate hot and cold foods carried in the same bag. Cold food on the bottom, add a thermal pad, hot foods on the top ..... hot stays hot and cold stays cold!
